Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm. There is no check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, you will receive the door code via email, which will be resent a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • Check-ins or check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.

Property Access

  • No check-in office; proceed directly to the cabin using the emailed door code.
  • The door code will be emailed after all payments are received and again one week before your stay.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age for primary renter: 18 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • The pet fee is $100 per dog.
  • There is a 2-dog maximum. (Note: Property data allows up to 99 pets, but important information specifies a 2-dog maximum.)
  • Dogs only are permitted.
  • Guests must bring a crate for their dog(s).
  • Pets may not be left alone at the property unless crated.
  • The pet fee is non-refundable.
  • Guests must clean up after their pet(s).
  • If evidence of fleas, damages, or need for additional cleaning due to pets is found, guests will be charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning.
  • Guests must bring their own sheets/blankets to cover the areas pets lay or sleep on, or an additional cleaning fee will apply.
